Overview

Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with a passion for compliance and administration? We are seeking a dedicated Licensing & Administrative Clerk to join our team on a part-time basis, 3 days per week to start.

This is a crucial role responsible for ensuring all our operations run smoothly and in full compliance with relevant regulations. You will be the linchpin in our administrative processes, handling a wide range of tasks from licence transfers to data entry and reception.

Responsibilities
  • Licensing & Compliance: Managing the process for Motor Vehicle Dealers license as required for the auction house, including vehicle and certified / registered plant. This includes accurately managing the Dealer Stock Register, preparing transfer papers, and conducting PPSR checks as required.
  • Administrative Support: Providing comprehensive administrative assistance to the auction team and management. This includes data entry, file management, and preparing documentation. Reception duties will also be part of your day.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining meticulous and up-to-date records of all licensed items and consignments.
  • Database Management: Utilising our internal databases and the Microsoft Office suite to accurately track information and generate reports.
  • Reporting: Preparing and submitting required reports to regulatory bodies.
Who we\'re looking for
  • An individual with exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to their work.
  • An individual with proven administrative and data entry skills.
  • A proficient user of the Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel and Word.
  • A professional with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Experience in a compliance, licensing, or regulated environment is a significant advantage. Experience with Dealer Online is a bonus.
  • A trustworthy and discreet individual with a strong sense of responsibility.
