Worcestershire Libraries is seeking a Library Team Leader for positions in Evesham and Bromsgrove. This role involves leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service and promote community engagement. Ideal candidates will have experience in customer service, team leadership skills, and a passion for libraries. The position requires alternate Saturday work and travel between sites. Evesham:22.5 hours per week (£17,391 to £18,865 per annum)
Bromsgrove:18.5 hours per week (£14,299 to £15,511 per annum)

We have 2 opportunities for a dynamic, enthusiastic and flexible individual, with experience of providing excellent customer service and leading a team to join Worcestershire Libraries. One working in the Evesham Cluster: Evesham, Pershore and Broadway libraries and one in the Bromsgrove Cluster: Bromsgrove, Droitwich, Rubery, Hagley and Catshill Libraries.
As a Team Leader in the Library Service, you will lead and supervise staff to deliver excellent customer service to our broad and diverse customer base. This will include setting clear expectations and goals to support high performance in the Library Customer Advisor team. You will be working alongside the wider library team delivering a broad range of literacy, reading and learning services and helping to promote wider community participation. You will have an excellent understanding of information resources, be comfortable working closely with partner organisations and be able to demonstrate a positive and proactive approach to customer service across a diverse customer base, including children and young people.
