A community-focused role based at Stafford Library, this position involves assisting customers with inquiries and providing IT support. Do you want to work in the valued community setting of a library?
In this customer-facing role, you will interact with customers face-to-face, via email, or by telephone to assist with daily library inquiries.
With a high standard of customer service, you will help us provide a range of services supporting the library's offerings, including IT support, information, and activities for all ages. You will assist people in accessing library resources and contribute to their positive experience of our service.
You will be based at Stafford Library, which is open Monday to Saturday.
The hours of work are 20.5 hours per week:
The hours of work are 6 hours per week for Post 2, on Saturday from 9:00am-4:00pm.
