We’re supporting a leading non-profit organisation in hiring a detail-oriented Library Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to high-quality information services while supporting a specialist digital library and subscription platform.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage and catalogue academic and journal content into the organisation’s database
  • Support library users via email and live chat, responding to queries or directing them appropriately
  • Process article orders and manage subscription records for members and institutions
  • Coordinate the distribution of marketing materials and publications
  • Liaise with third-party platforms and CRM providers to resolve system issues
  • Update internal audit tools, stock lists, and usage data trackers
  • Moderate virtual discussion sessions and share digital resources
  • Provide administrative support to colleagues across the wider research and education teams

What we’re looking for:

  • Excellent written English and strong attention to detail
  • Experience using databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and creative software
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach to work and time management
