Salary: £12,213 - £12,451 per year

A vacancy has arisen for a library assistant in St Ninians Library. You will assist in the delivery of a range of library services to the community. You will be educated to standard grade or equivalent, be interested in literature and have good ICT skills. A flexible approach to the working week, which will include evening and weekend working, is essential. You will have good communication skills and the ability to work with people of all age groups and abilities. Although previous library experience is desirable, applicants with a customer focussed attitude and good team-working skills should also apply.

  • 30 days annual leave plus 7 public holidays (rising to 35 after 5 years continuous service)
