We have a fantastic opportunity for Claims Technicians working on a hybrid basis.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Employers Liability, Public Liability, and property damage claims, making informed decisions and taking claims through to settlement.
  • Identify fraudulent claims, evaluate evidence, handle correspondence and calls, issue client updates, and maintain diary processes.
  • Demonstrate empathy, understanding, and strong communication skills in interactions with policyholders, insurers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, handling claims up to £10,000 at the desk for Simply Business liability team.
Qualifications / Skills
  • Experience in managing claims across multiple liability areas: Previous experience in a claims environment is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to explain complex details clearly and negotiate fair settlements.
  • Commitment to professional development: Dedication to working towards the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters' Cert CILA qualification is essential.
