Job description

An experienced Liability Claims Handler/Adjuster is required to join a Specialist Liability Loss Adjusting Practice. You will be part of a strong team of Liability Investigators responsible for managing your own portfolio of Liability Injury Investigations, mainly related to Motor claims, but also including a wide range of Liability claims such as EL/PL/Products/Disease (training can be provided on EL/PL).

Working from home, you will have full autonomy to manage your diary, appointments, and site visits within your geographical area. All tasks will involve investigation and reporting on behalf of multiple principals. You will attend sites to gather witness statements, collect evidence, and prepare locus reports.

Upon joining, you will attend a 2-3 day induction with comprehensive training on systems and case management. Full sundries equipment will be provided.

About You
  • Experience in handling Liability Claims, either internally or in the field.
  • Background in Motor Liability (Injury) claims is essential; experience with EL/PL claims is preferred but training can be provided.
  • Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and written.
  • Ability to attend sites, gather evidence, and take witness statements.
  • Strong report writing skills.
  • Good organizational skills to manage your own diary and appointments.
  • A full, clean driving license.
