Overview

Our client is seeking an ambitious Liability Adjusting Manager to oversee a team of Liability Adjusters, dealing with a portfolio of liability claims (EL/PL); mainly claims for third-party property damage etc.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and performance of your team and the ongoing quality of the work produced.
• Ensure service delivery levels and budgetary targets are met.
• Undertake internal audits highlighting trends, training and development needs, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Ideally, you will be Cert CILA and/or Cert CII qualified, although this isn\'t essential.
