Job description

Lia Toyota Northampton is seeking a Level A/A+ Automotive Technician to join our team. If you're an experienced technician looking for a fast-paced, professional, environment that rewards hard work, reliability, and teamwork, this is the right place for you! Our service departments are equipped with the latest technology, including service drive alignment checkers, alignment racks, and Hunter tire mounting and balancing machines. Sign-on bonus may be available based on skill level and experience.

COMPENSATION RANGE: $60K-$120K+

SIGN ON BONUS: Up to $5000 based on experience and certifications

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of Service Technician experience
• Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair experience
• State Inspection certification
• ASE Certification recommended
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Willingness to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures
• Computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform repairs efficiently according to dealership processes
• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools for systems testing
• Diagnose and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
• Communicate with Service Advisors about additional services and estimates
• Perform warranty repairs per manufacturer specifications
