Zusammenfassung

Biffa Group is seeking an experienced LGV Driver for the PM shift to support trade waste collections. You will drive various LGV vehicles, including front and back loaders, and service trade waste customers across our route.

This outdoor role offers on-the-job training, a back shift allowance, and the chance to contribute to local environmental improvements. A 45-hour week from Monday to Friday is typical.

Qualifikationen

• Valid LGV/HGV Class 2 (Category C) driving licence.
• Valid Driver CPC / Driver Qualification Card.
• Good understanding of road safety and vehicle safety.
• Ability to complete daily vehicle checks and report defects.
• Good knowledge of drivers' hours and tachograph requirements.
• Ability to safely manoeuvre and operate a large rigid vehicle.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Good awareness of health & safety procedures.

Aufgaben

• Drive LGV vehicles including front and back loaders for trade waste collections.
• Operate as part of a single person crew.
• Collect and empty bins from trade waste customers.
• Work outdoors with initiative and community impact.
