Job summary

Biffa is seeking an LGV Driver Loader to join our Bourne Mill Depot team. You will drive LGV waste collection vehicles, collecting and emptying bins, boxes and bags from householders while contributing to outdoor street cleansing tasks. You’ll work Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week, with start times from 06:00.

As part of the crew, you may lead teammates on site and participate in in-house training. We offer perks, family-friendly policies, and an environment focused on community impact.

Responsibilities

• Drive LGV waste collection vehicles and collect/empty bins, boxes and bags from households.
• Carry out street cleansing activities such as sweeping and litter picking.
• Lead teams while working outdoors and support the crew to complete daily tasks.
