Job summary

Travis Perkins is seeking an experienced LGV Driver to join our team in delivering multi-drop loads from our branch to local customers. You will be the face of the company, ensuring loads are secure and compliant with transport regulations, while upholding high standards of safety and service.

To be successful you’ll hold a Cat C1 licence (up to 7.5t), be able to provide CPC training records, and be comfortable working with limited supervision while showcasing excellent people skills.

Qualifications

• Requires Cat C1 licence (up to 7.5t).
• Must provide CPC training records.
• Experience working with minimum supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

It’ll be down to you to make sure the vehicle is loaded properly and in line with road and transport legislation, but our management is on hand to double check every vehicle before it leaves site to give you that peace of mind. When you get to your local destination, you’ll be the ultimate professional: polite, helpful and the face of Travis Perkins, to keep our customers coming back for more!
