Job summary

Culina Group Limited, the UK's leading independent supply chain partner, is seeking an LGV Driver for our Chilled & Fresh division. You will operate refrigerated articulated vehicles delivering and collecting chilled stock from Local and Regional Distribution Centres, farms and packhouses across the UK.

You will hold a LGV Class 1 licence with current CPC and knowledge of drivers' hours. We offer funded CPC training, a safe driving reward scheme, life insurance, pension, and recognition prizes

Qualifications

• Must hold LGV Class 1 licence and current CPC.
• Knowledge of Road Transport Directive and drivers’ hours.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Operate refrigerated articulated vehicles delivering and collecting chilled stock across Local and Regional Distribution Centres, farms and packhouses across the UK.
• Ensure compliance with drivers’ hours and road transport rules.
• Maintain high safety and vehicle standards and accurate records.

Job Description

In your role as a LGV Driver, you will be operating refrigerated articulated vehicles, delivering and collecting chilled stock from Local and Regional Distribution Centres as well as Farms and Packhouses across the UK.

Qualifications

• Possession of LGV Class 1 Licence
• Current CPC
• Knowledge of Road Transport Directive and current drivers’ hours.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
• Effectively prioritise workload in order to meet set deadline
