Qualifications

• LGV Class 1 Licence and current CPC & Tacho Card required.
• Knowledge of transport regulations essential.
• Strong communication and prioritization skills needed.

Job description

Culina Logistics provides integrated supply chain services and expertise for food & drink products that require strict refrigerated temperatures.

Salary:£41,377.32 per annum basic.

Shifts:5 on 3 off shifts available AM & PM shifts available.

• 03:00am-06:00am start window.
• 06:00am-09:00am start window.
• 15:00pm-18:00pm start window.
• 17:00pm-20:00pm start window.

Shift Premiums as below:

• Start times available between 12:00– 19:59– Shift premium of £10 per shift
• Start times available between 20:00– 03:59 - Shift premium of £15 per shift

Overtime (working an extra shift outside of your agreed shift pattern)

• Monday to Friday - £16.90per hour.
• Saturday - £20.09per hour.
• Sunday - £22.84 per hour.

Driver duty premium applicable to Drivers who work over 11 hours

Driver performance bonus

Shift allowance applicable to some shift patterns

Qualifications

• Possessionof LGV Class 1 Licence
• Current CPC and Tacho Card.
• Knowledge of Road Transport Directive and current drivers’ hours.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
• Effectively prioritise workload in order to meet set deadline
