Job description

Seras is the UK’s leading supplier of biomass fuel, with long-term contracts to supply nearly 2 million tonnes of fuel to Energy Recovery Facilities. Our operations generate renewable energy equivalent to the annual domestic electricity needs of 2% of the UK population.

Join Our Team as LGV Class 1 Day Drivers

We are recruiting at our Pollington location. You will be responsible for exchanging skips with our fleet of articulated Roll on Roll off Hook Loaders and walking floor work. Your role is crucial in maintaining our supply chain and supporting our mission to provide sustainable energy.

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, Days. Please note: Our trailer gantry has a maximum weight limit of 140kg (22st).

Candidate Requirements

• LGV C+E (Class 1) licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Good geographical knowledge of the UK road network.
• Understanding of EU Drivers’ Hours and Working Time Directive legislation.
• Valid DQC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Residence within 1 hour of the depot.
• At least 2 years of driving experience.

• Compliance with Drivers’ Hours Regulations and Working Time Directive.
• Upholding company values, including vehicle and uniform standards.
• Following provided training.
