Job summary

You will coordinate daily activities, develop labour plans for drivers, and ensure compliance with Drivers’ Hours rules while driving continuous improvement and collaborating with other Driver Managers.

Qualifications

• Background in Transport/Logistics within FMCG preferred.
• Strong knowledge of transport management legislation.
• Excellent communication and people-management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily activities of the dedicated fleet transport operation in York.
• Manage drivers, monitor performance, and promote safety culture as a priority.
• Lead, coach, and motivate drivers on a rotating shift pattern, 7 days a week, 364 days a year.
