Job summary

Stericycle is seeking a dedicated LGV2 driver to support the Transportation team in the UK. You will ensure safe, timely movement of clinical and industrial waste, while maintaining compliance with EU Working Time Directive and ADR regulations.

Role includes shift patterns 5 from 7, providing excellent customer service at delivery points and supporting Service Managers daily. Join a team focused on safety, reliability and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Required: LGV Class 2 Licence and Driver CPC.
• Preferred: ADR Training.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily schedules to agreed routes and timings.
• Complete documentation for drivers’ hours and WTD.
• Ensure compliance with Road Traffic Act, tachograph, weight limits and speed limits.
• Adhere to ADR/hazardous goods regulations.
• Act as a customer contact at delivery points with a professional demeanour.
• Attend trainings and meetings; display flexibility with shifts.
• Report incidents and complete company documentation promptly.
• Carry out vehicle checks prior to use and notify defects.
