Job summary

Blue Arrow in Glasgow is seeking a Class 2 Driver to collect white goods from recycling centres across the local area, working with a driver\'s mate. Start time is 07:30, Monday to Friday with shorter Friday hours.

The role involves loading/unloading, vehicle checks, and completing paperwork while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to driving hours and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence.
• Valid CPC and Digital Tacho Card.
• Good understanding of driver hours and working time regulations.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

• Collecting white goods from recycling centres.

Class 2 Driver - Glasgow (G51) - £16.50 per Hour

Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for a Class 2 Driver based in the G51 area of Glasgow.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established operation collecting white goods from recycling centres across the local area. You'll be working alongside a driver's mate/second man, making this a great role for both experienced and newly qualified Class 2 drivers.

Job Details

• Monday to Friday only
• Start time: 07:30
• Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 16:00
• Friday: 07:30 - 13:30
• £16.50 per hour
• Ongoing work with the potential for long-term opportunities

Duties Include

• Collecting white goods from recycling centres
• Working with a driver's mate/second man
• Loading and unloading items safely
• Completing vehicle checks and relevant paperwork
• Providing excellent customer service when required
• Adhering to all driving and health & safety regulations

Requirements

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
