Job summary

Cencora’s World Courier division invites applications for a LGV Class 1 Driver based at the Basingstoke CDC. This full-time role involves delivering and handling goods with a focus on safety, accuracy and reliable service across sites, with a 40-hour week.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, stock checks, documentation, vehicle inspections, and clear communication with dispatch and customers. A UK driving licence is required, plus relevant training and a commitment to quality and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, inventory control, or related field.
• Certification in forklift operation or commercial vehicle operation relevant to the assigned vehicle class.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, pick, pack, and transfer goods to support timely movement.
• Receive, check, store, and replenish stock to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Complete shipment, receipt, inventory, and delivery documentation accurately.
• Inspect vehicles, equipment, and cargo before and after use and report issues.
• Support safe transportation of products between locations.
• Communicate delivery instructions and discrepancies to stakeholders.
• Maintain clean, organized, safe warehouse areas.
• Provide customer and administrative support related to warehouse activities.
