Job summary

Major Recruitment are looking for Class 1 drivers (HGV 1) to work for our well established retail client at their Elmsall Depot. This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay with consistent full-time work and genuine long-term opportunity.

PM roles available; Start times between 10:30–17:00 with Sun-Thurs, Tue-Sat or Wed-Sun shifts. Choose between Days (Store Deliveries) or PM (Trunking).

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Minimum 12 months Class 1 driving experience.
• No more than 3 points for minor offences (no IN, DD, DR).

Responsibilities

• Store deliveries or trunking roles with start times between 10:30–17:00.
• Flexibility to work Sun-Thurs, Tue-Sat, or Wed-Sun shifts.

The Role:

• Sun-Thurs or Tue-Sat or Wed-Sun
• Choose between:
• Days - Store Deliveries
• PM - Trunking

To be considered for this role you must have:

• A valid CE Licence (HGV Class 1)
• DQC Card
• Digital Tachograph Card
• Minimum 12 months Class 1 driving experience
• Excellent communication skills
• No more than 3 points for minor offences (no IN, DD, DR endorsements)
