Job summary

Turners (Soham) Ltd in Manchester is recruiting LGV Class 1 container drivers for our central depot. You will operate with care and professionalism, delivering containers and maintaining high service standards.

Candidates must hold an HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence, Driver CPC and Tachograph card, and have good English communication. Flexible shifts with night or day work are available; all duties comply with WTD and tachograph rules.

Qualifications

• Full HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence is required.
• Driver CPC and Tachograph Card held.
• 35 hours CPC completed.
• Container experience preferred.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Drive LGV Class 1 (Container) vehicles from Manchester depot.
• Ensure compliance with Tachograph and Working Time Directive.
• Occasional nights out may be required for day drivers.
