Company Description

All vacancies are based on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern - (Additional shifts are available on request).

• 22:00pm start - Nightshift x4 positions
• 01:00am start - Nightshift x4 positions

Job Description

In your role as a LGV Driver, you will be operating refrigerated articulated vehicles, delivering chilled stock into RDC’s and collecting chilled stock from local suppliers across the UK.

LGV C+ E drivers required for 4 on 4 off shift patterns

• £192.99 per shift - Monday – Friday Nightshifts - equivalent to £16.08 per hour based on 12hr shift.
• £215.69 per shift - Saturday – Sunday Nightshift - equivalent to £17.97 per hour based on 12hr shift.

Tax free additional payments:

£5.00 daily tax-free meal allowance in addition to the hourly rate.

• Potential to earn up to £1200 annual safe driver bonus scheme (paid per quarter) based on safe and efficient driving.
• £30 extra per shift if you operate a double deck trailer.
• Weekly paid (every Friday).
• All fleet under 3 years old with 75% of the fleet new latest 2024 Volvo FH.
• Handheld tablets for pre vehicle check and manifests.
• Culina group discounts and benefits including fully funded healthcare cash plan – Hapi app discounts/benefits worth £605 per year/Reward & Recognition scheme & Pension scheme.
• DCPC refresher training ongoing.
• 12 months LGV C+E experience preferred. We will consider new passes - contact us.

Qualifications

• Possession of LGV C+E Licence.
• Current DCPC.
• Knowledge of Road Transport Directive and current drivers’ hours.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
• Effectively prioritise workload in order to meet set deadlines.
