Our Vocational Skills Coaches (VSCs) inspire and coach learners in their industry, working closely with employers to support learners through both theory and practical work via a blended delivery approach, including online and face-to-face support. We are seeking a Vocational Skills Coach to deliver LGV apprenticeship standards in Reading. To succeed, you should possess:
Comfort with e-portfolio tools for planning, resources, feedback, marking, OTJ, diary management, and audit trails.
Essential experience includes vocational expertise in the relevant area, meeting targets, good IT, communication, coaching skills, and a passion for learner support. Qualifications required are sector-specific qualifications, Level 2 Maths & English, with desirable qualifications including Level 3 teaching and assessor awards.
