Job summary

Biffa Waste Services is seeking an LGV Driver for PM shift in Dundee. You will operate LGV vehicles, including front and back loaders, to collect and empty bins from trade waste customers. The role is outdoors, requiring initiative and a service-oriented mindset.

The position offers an hourly rate of £16.87 plus a back shift allowance, with on-the-job training and access to employee discounts. A valid UK driving licence (Cat C) and Driver CPC are required.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with Cat C (Class 2) entitlement.
• Valid Driver CPC and Driver Qualification Card (DQC).
• Digital tachograph card where required for the role.
• Good understanding of road safety and drivers’ hours regulations.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Drive LGV vehicles (front and back loaders) to collect/empty bins for trade waste customers.
• Work outdoors using initiative to contribute to local environmental and community improvement.

LGV Driver - PM Shift

Location: Dundee
Days of work: Monday to Friday
Start / Finish times: 14.00 to 23.30

Hourly Rate: £16.87 + Back shift allowance

Working as part of a single person crew, you will drive various modes of LGV vehicles including front and back loaders, collecting and emptying bins, from our trade waste customers.
