Biffa is seeking an LGV Driver at the Polegate Depot to operate front and back loaders, collecting and emptying bins for trade waste customers. The role is outdoors, requires initiative, and offers a 04:00–13:30 shift with potential overtime and a productivity bonus.

Working as part of a single-person crew, you’ll help keep local environments clean and communities informed, while benefiting from pension and a range of discounts. Training is provided in-house by Biffa.

Qualifications

• Valid LGV/HGV Class 2 licence is required.
• Driver CPC (Driver Qualification Card) must be held.
• Good understanding of road safety and vehicle safety is essential.
• Ability to complete daily vehicle checks and report defects.

Responsabilités

• Drive various LGV vehicles including front and back loaders to collect and empty bins from trade waste customers.
• Operate safely and efficiently outdoors, following health and safety procedures.
