Location: St Helens Depot

Salary: £43,510 + bonus + any additional overtime

Hours: 4am start - 45 hours per week

Days of work: Friday to Monday or Saturday to Tuesday

Working as part of a single-person crew, you will drive various modes of LGV vehicles, Roro vehicles, and trade waste vehicles, collecting and emptying bins from our customers.

This is a physically demanding role, requiring comfort with late shifts and working outdoors all year round and in all weather conditions. It’s ideal for those who enjoy working independently outdoors and making a positive impact on the environment and local communities.

Key duties include:

• Providing excellent customer service
• Covering weekend work where applicable
• Assisting with additional duties as needed

Essential skills & experience:

• Class C Licence holder
• Valid Digital Tachograph
• Valid DQCPC Card
• Waste management experience (preferred but not essential)
• Good geographical knowledge
• Strong team spirit
• Commitment to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment standards
