Job summary

Biffa is recruiting an LGV Driver for the AM shift in the UK. Monday to Friday with overtime available, starts 04:00 finishes 13:30, at £16.87 per hour. You’ll drive LGV trucks including front and back loaders, collecting bins from trade waste customers and working outdoors.

This role suits someone who takes initiative and wants to make a real difference to local environments and communities. On-the-job training is provided, plus access to Biffa Perkz discounts and family-friendly policies.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate LGV vehicles including front and back loaders.
• Ability to work outdoors and manage waste collection tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drive LGV vehicles including front and back loaders to collect bins from trade waste customers.
• Work Monday to Friday with overtime opportunities; start/finish times 04:00–13:30.
• Operate with initiative to support local environment and communities.

Working as part of a single person crew, you will drive various modes of LGV vehicles including front and back loaders, collecting and emptying bins, from our trade waste customers.
