Job summary

Biffa in Cannock/South Staffs is seeking an LGV 2 Driver to join our outdoor waste collection and street cleansing crew. You will drive LGV waste collection vehicles and help maintain local environments.

We offer on-the-job training, access to Biffa Perkz discounts, and family-friendly policies, with a Monday to Friday schedule around 42.5–45 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Class 2 driving license.
• Digital tachograph knowledge required.
• Driver CPC would be an advantage.
• Conscientious, reliable and resilient.
• Flexible and works well as part of a team.
• Physically fit and robust.

Responsibilities

• Drive LGV waste collection vehicles and collect/empty bins and boxes.
• Carry out street cleansing: sweeping and litter picking.
