Job summary

Driving Logistics is seeking experienced LGV Class 1 (C+E) drivers for trunking work across England and Wales. Ongoing bookings Monday to Friday with weekend work available. Start times vary; long shifts with premium overtime are common.

You will collect from a local depot and deliver to a Midlands Hub, with typical shifts around 11:30–20:00. Initial pay offers non-parity rates; overtime after 8 hours and weekend rates apply.

Qualifications

• Must have LGV C+E licence and trunking experience.
• CPC and Digi card must be valid and in date.
• Strong knowledge of Drivers Hours and Highway Code.

Responsibilities

• Trunking deliveries across England & Wales.
• Collect from local depots and deliver to Midlands Hub.
• Adhere to schedules and ensure safe, compliant driving.

TRUNKING DRIVERS REQUIRED - NATIONWIDE ACROSS ENGLAND & WALESDriving Logistics are looking for experienced, reliable and committed LGV Class 1 (C+E) drivers for trunking work in various locations across England for one of the UK’s largest delivery network providers. Ongoing bookings Monday to Friday plus regular weekend work is available. This Is nice clean work.

The work involves collecting from one of your local depots and delivering to a Hub based in the Midlands. We have start times ranging between 11:30 - 20:00. We also have flexible hours, Ad Hoc work and shifts to suit as well. These are fantastic pay rates with good long shift hours so lots of premium overtime rates apply, overtime kick in after 8 hours and the shift average is between 10-14 hours.

Pay Rates: For the first 12 weeks you work there you will be paid on the non-parity rates: £19.71ph + Holiday Pay on top - Monday to FridayOVERTIME MON - FRI IS PAID AFTER 8 HOURS WORKED - PAID AT £25.25PH (+ Holiday Pay on Top) £23.52ph plus holiday pay on top - Saturday£25.25ph plus holiday pay on top - Overtime Monday to Saturday£26.25ph plus holiday pay on top - Sunday£34.42ph plus holiday pay on top - Bank HolidaysFrom 12 weeks onwards these are the parity rates you will be paid on: £20.71ph + holiday pay on top - Monday to FridayOVERTIME MON - FRI IS PAID AFTER 8 HOURS WORKED - PAID AT £27.25PH (+ Holiday Pay on Top) £24.52ph plus holiday pay on top - Saturday£27.25ph plus holiday pay on top - Sunday & Overtime£35.42ph plus holiday pay on top - Bank Holidays Shift averages are 12 hours. Requirements:

• A minimum of 12 months UK roads driving experience
• No more than 9 points on your licence
• Full C+E UK Driving Licence
• In date CPC and DIGI card
• Good knowledge of Highway Code, WTD and Drivers Hours
• Reliability and positive attitude toward work
• Good level of English
