Job summary

Driving Logistics is seeking experienced LGV Class 1 (C+E) drivers for trunking work across England & Wales. Ongoing bookings Monday to Friday with regular weekend work, early start times between 11:30 and 20:00, and long shifts offering premium overtime rates.

Initial 12 weeks are paid at non-parity rates with overtime after 8 hours. Parity rates apply after 12 weeks. Benefits include pension and on-site parking. 12 months UK driving experience and CPC/DIGI cards are required.

Qualifications

• 12 months UK road driving experience.
• No more than 9 points on licence.
• Full C+E UK Driving Licence.
• In date CPC and DIGI card.
• Good knowledge of Highway Code, Working Time Directive (WTD) and Drivers Hours.
• Reliable and have a positive attitude toward work.
• Good level of English.

Responsibilities

• Drive LGV Class 1 (C+E) trunking routes from local depots to hubs across England & Wales.
• Work with a mix of long shifts and overtime premium rates.
• Maintain safe driving practices and comply with regulations.

TRUNKING DRIVERS REQUIREDDriving Logistics are looking for experienced, reliable and committed LGV Class 1 (C+E) drivers for trunking work in various locations across England & Wales for one of the UK's largest delivery network providers. Ongoing bookings Monday to Friday plus regular weekend work is available. This Is nice clean work.

The work involves collecting from one of your local depots and delivering to a Hub based in the Midlands. We have start times ranging between 11:30 - 20:00.We also have flexible hours, Ad Hoc work and shifts to suit as well.These are fantastic pay rates with good long shift hours so lots of premium overtime rates apply. If you are a driver who wants to work 10-14 hour shifts, this contract is for you.
