A sports organization is seeking an Education and Player Care Lead to design and deliver a comprehensive education program for young athletes. This role aims to balance academic studies with sports commitments while providing tailored support for personal and professional development. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree, QTS, and experience with elite athletes. Full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.
You will ensure every player receives the guidance and resources needed to successfully balance their academic studies with their football commitments, working closely with education partners to create a supportive dual-career environment.
We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Liverpool FC Women\'s PGA team as an Education and Player Care Lead as we champion every player\'s journey, on the pitch, in the classroom, and beyond. This is a full-time perm position working 35 hours per week. Your main base will be our Melwood Training Centre.
