Job summary
Steven Eagell Group is seeking a Lexus Vehicle Technician at Lexus Hatfield. You will service, maintain and repair vehicles to Toyota GB standards, diagnose faults, and report defects as required.
You’ll manage tools and follow Centre processes while delivering excellent customer service. Requirements include a full UK driving licence and Level 2 Vehicle Technician or Diagnostic Technician with at least 2 years in the automotive sector; MOT tester qualification is a plus.
Qualifications
- A full UK driving licence is required.
- Qualified as a Level 2 Vehicle Technician or Diagnostic Technician.
- Minimum of 2 years in the automotive industry (Toyota/Lexus preferred).
- MOT Tester qualification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs to Toyota GB standards.
- Inspect vehicles and diagnose faults, including non-routine issues.
- Identify and report defects per MOT and Vehicle Safety Report requirements.
- Complete work within allocated time with high productivity and efficiency.
- Maintain responsibility for tools and workshop equipment and report defects.
- Follow Toyota and Centre processes, work safely and professionally at all times.
- Communicate with customers, explaining work needed and ensuring good customer experience.
