We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Car Sales Executive to join our Lexus Dealership in Lincoln.
This is a full-time role, working an average of a 5-day week between Monday and Sunday, from 08:30 to 18:00, based on a 40-hour week. You will work on a rota that includes one weekday off each week and every other weekend off.
With a great earning potential of £35,000 OTE within your first 6 months and a company car, we aim to provide you with the work-life balance you deserve.
As a Sales Executive with Listers, you’ll ensure every customer feels valued by understanding how our vehicles fit into their lives. Your role involves matching customers to the right car, with the appropriate features and add-ons, and guiding them through financing and contracts to ensure total satisfaction.
This role may suit someone with experience as a car sales executive, retail manager, or sales manager. You should demonstrate a history of achieving and exceeding targets, establish rapport quickly with customers, and have the potential for a successful career in the industry. A valid UK driver’s license is required. Motor trade, automotive, or dealership experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
