Job Description

The CITB is seeking a Levy Operations Team Leader based in King's Lynn, United Kingdom. This is a full-time, permanent role with a target salary of £41,000, located at Bircham Newton with hybrid working arrangements.

About CITB

CITB is the industry training board for the construction sector across England, Scotland, and Wales. We focus on attracting talent and supporting skills development within the construction industry, aiming to build a diverse and inclusive workforce.

Role Overview

We are looking for a self-starter with strong leadership skills to manage and oversee the daily operations of the Levy/Finance team, ensuring accurate and efficient processing while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and supervise the operational delivery team.
  2. Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries and complaints.
  3. Monitor performance against targets and implement improvements.
  4. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
  5. Implement operational changes effectively.

People and Team Leadership

  1. Manage individual and team performance, aligning goals with organizational objectives.

Candidate Requirements
