Job summary

Axiom is seeking a UK-qualified lawyer to support a range of financing and transactional matters, including leveraged and acquisition finance, lending, refinancing, and private credit. You will draft, review and negotiate facility agreements, security documents and related documentation while advising lenders, borrowers and sponsors in fast-paced cross-border transactions.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor eligible to practise in the UK, or an equivalent overseas qualification with relevant UK legal experience.
• Experience in leveraged finance, acquisition finance, banking and finance, corporate lending, private credit, debt finance or a related transactional practice area.
• Strong drafting, review, negotiation and advisory skills, with experience of finance, lending, security or other commercial transaction documentation.

Minimum Qualifications:
