Job summary

Axiom, a leader in alternative legal services, seeks a solicitor with strong banking and finance experience to advise on general lending transactions, including secured and syndicated facilities. You will draft and negotiate loan agreements, security documents, intercreditor arrangements, and related finance documents.

You will support lenders, borrowers, and corporate clients, advising on structures, risk and commercial considerations.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer eligible to practise in the UK with strong lending/finance experience.
• Experience advising on general lending transactions including secured and syndicated facilities.
• Strong drafting, review and negotiation across loan/ facility documentation.
• Excellent commercial awareness and ability to advise across fast-paced deals.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical, commercially focused legal advice on lending transactions.
• Draft, review and negotiate loan agreements, security packages and related documents.
• Advise lenders, borrowers, and internal teams on structures, risk and commercial matters.
• Collaborate with deal teams to support domestic and international lending projects.
