Job description

We are working with an Elite US law firm on a position within their highly regarded Leveraged Finance team within their London office. The position is for a 3 – 6 year PQE Associate.

You will be working on a range of work for creditors and debtors funding acquisitions; working across Private Credit and syndicated investors. You will be working on Leveraged Financings, investment-grade acquisition facilities, restructurings, and emerging markets loans with clients across the US and Europe.

The team undertake both lender and sponsor matters, working with chambers ranked partners. You will have the opportunity to specialise at the senior level.
