Our client, a European bank with a leveraged loan book with c3bn across 130 deals, split across various European capitals are keen to engage with Analysts who are at the early stages of their leveraged finance careers.

Specifically suited to those who have gone through the intern phases, and progressed to full-time employment within the LevFin space, and have between 1 and 2 years of experience.

We are only able to engage with Analysts who sit within and are involved leveraged finance, this is essential, and those who are confident and have experience of credit analysis.

The team in London is small, nimble, and active. Their purpose and reason of hiring is due to continued success and deal flow across the mid-cap market.

We are looking for someone to help a Senior Associate, who is currently stretched. Deal flow is very strong and hit ratio is high as well (>90% of deals that go to credit committee). Due to their success no pitching is required.

On offer is the above mentioned salary (please note these figures are fixed so please do not apply if you are looking for more than the salary suggested at the top). They also offer very good work life balance and probably the most flexible setup in the market.

We anticipate suitable Year 1 / Year 2 applicants may currently be working within a European Commercial Bank, Debt Advisory, or perhaps a Clearing House.

Applicants will need to be confident and capable in modeling, a case study (10 pager) will need to be completed and presented during the interview process.

If you are still reading this, and like the prospect of moving to a small London team who are active, have a credible track record, and able to support a good working / life balance then please apply today with your up to date CV.

Please note there is a preference to speak with candidates who are readily available / available on short notice over those with long notice periods due to the urgency in hiring for this position.
