Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Sheffield & Barnsley | Immediate & September Starts

Are you a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for your next rewarding role in Sheffield or Barnsley? We are working with several supportive and welcoming primary schools across both areas who are looking for dedicated TAs to join their teams for immediate starts and September 2025.

Locations: Sheffield & Barnsley

Role: Level 3 Teaching Assistant

Start Date: ASAP or September 2025

Contract: Full-Time or Part-Time | Long-Term, Short-Term, or Temp-to-Perm

️ Key Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom support to pupils and assist the class teacher with day-to-day tasks
• Support individuals or small groups with learning activities
• Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
• Work closely with SENCOs and support pupils with additional needs when required
• Contribute to planning, preparation, and delivery of learning materials

You Will Need:

• A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
• Experience working in a primary or secondary school setting
• A patient, enthusiastic, and adaptable approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
