Job summary

Prospero Teaching is looking for a Level 6 Qualified Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming four form-entry primary school in Croydon, South London. The successful candidate will support teaching and learning across the classroom, deliver targeted interventions, and provide 1:1 and small-group support to help pupils progress academically, socially and emotionally.

It is essential to hold a Level 6 TA qualification (or equivalent) and have experience in a primary setting, with safeguarding

Qualifications

• Hold a recognised Level 6 TA qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience as TA/SEN TA/LSA in a primary school.
• Experience supporting children with SEND (ASD/ADHD/SLD).
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and training desirable.
• GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above.

Responsibilities

• Support teaching and learning across the classroom.
