Job summary

Bridgewater Children's Care Services Ltd in Wirral is offering an Level 4 Apprenticeship in a children, young people and families residential programme. The role is full time with shift work: 2 days on, 4 days off, based at CH42 7LB.

The programme focuses on safeguarding, professional development and delivering person-centred care. Successful candidates will complete the Level 4 apprenticeship while gaining hands-on experience supporting young people and families in a residential setting.

Qualifications

• Safeguarding knowledge and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Willingness to work shifts including nights on a 24-hour rota where required.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.

Responsibilities

• Take account of the choices and needs of each young person and involve them in daily decisions.
• Develop person-centered relationships and carry out key worker duties.
• Attend meetings, supervision and training to support CPD.
