Job summary

Royal Mail seeks a Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician for our Exeter Workshop on a permanent contract. You will perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance and repairs on a range of vehicles and equipment, using your own toolkit in a modern workshop with specialist tooling.

The role requires a UK manual driving licence and a flexible shift pattern. Salary is advertised at £40,906 with weekend shifts and overtime potential, plus a comprehensive benefits package including pension, holiday

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Light or Heavy vehicle (or equivalent).
• Proven Vehicle Technician experience on a wide range of vehicles (LCV/HGV).
• Must hold a valid full UK manual driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance and repairs on vehicles and equipment.
• Use personal toolkit for routine maintenance and repairs.
• Work in modern, fully equipped workshops with specialist tooling.
