Job summary

Igloo Ltd in Lutterworth is seeking an experienced Level 3 Vehicle Technician to join a well-established independent garage. You will diagnose faults, perform major repairs and diagnostics on premium German brands, including BMW, using manufacturer and aftermarket equipment.

The role involves accurate record keeping, maintaining high workmanship standards, and contributing to workshop productivity. A UK driving licence and NVQ Level 3 are essential, with a competitive salary and achievable bonus

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician in a workshop or garage environment.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Experience working on German vehicle brands is highly desirable.
• BMW experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points for minor offences.
• Reliable, professional, and quality-focused approach to work.

Job description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Level 3 Vehicle Technician to join a well-established independent garage in Lutterworth. Specialising in BMW and other premium German vehicle brands, this is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician looking to work on more complex repairs and diagnostics rather than routine servicing work.

Working as part of a team of six, you will be responsible for diagnosing faults, carrying out major mechanical repairs, and ensuring vehicles are repaired to the highest standards.

The Role:

As a Level 3 Vehicle Technician, your responsibilities will include:

What We Offer:

• £40,000-£45,000 basic salary
• Achievable bonus scheme with OTE of £45,000-£50,000
