About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Vehicle Technician looking to secure a position with a reputable employer. You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of vehicles to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicles. Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic equipment. Complete MOT preparation and repair work. Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer and company standards. Maintain accurate service records and workshop documentation. Follow health and safety procedures at all times. Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Essential Requirements NVQ Level 3, IMI Level 3 or City & Guilds Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent). Previous workshop experience preferred. Full UK Driving Licence. Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills. Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to work. Desirable MOT Tester Licence. Hybrid and Electric Vehicle qualification. Experience in a dealership or independent garage environment.
