The role offers a 4-day working week, a competitive salary of £32,329 plus annual bonus, fully funded training, and a generous pension scheme. Commutable from Dorchester, Weymouth or Bournemouth and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Level 3 vehicle qualification.
• Experience maintaining and repairing a range of military vehicles is desirable.
• Able to work in a security-sensitive Defence environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair a variety of military vehicles from quad bikes to battle tanks.
• Ensure vehicles are serviced and ready for operations.
• Support a 4-day working week and be flexible with overtime as required.
