Are you a skilled and passionate Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking to support young learners in a welcoming primary school environment?

GSL Education are currently looking to appoint a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work across primary schools in Immingham. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on supporting children’s academic and emotional development within the classroom.

Role Overview:

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant (TA), you will play a vital role in delivering tailored support to pupils, assisting teachers in lesson preparation, and helping to foster an inclusive and stimulating learning atmosphere.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide targeted support to pupils both 1:1 and in small groups.
• Assist in lesson delivery, preparation of resources, and classroom organisation.
• Help manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Support children with additional needs.
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff and contribute to school-wide initiatives.

Requirements for Level 3 TA :

• Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent is desirable.
• Experience supporting children in a primary school setting is desirable.
• Strong communication skills and a nurturing, positive attitude.
• Ability to adapt to meet the needs of different learners.
• Have an up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
