Job summary

Tidbury Green School in Solihull is seeking an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our thriving team. The role is term-time only, 37.5 hours per week (7:30am-3:30pm, Mon-Fri) with a pro rata salary band of £25,614–£30,515. The appointment from November 2026 or asap is for pupils aged 4–11.

Applicants should have Level 3 Childcare and Education or equivalent, a strong commitment to safeguarding, and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, families and governors.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Experience supporting children aged 4–11.
• Strong communication, organisational and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Support learning across the primary range as part of a hard-working team.
• Assist with planning, delivery and assessment to support pupils’ needs.
• Provide nurturing and consistent support for pupils, including those with additional needs.
• Assist with classroom management and contribute to a safe, inclusive environment.
