Learning Support Assistant Level 3
Location: Milton Keynes
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Full Time / Part Time
Daily Rate: £90 £120

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Level 3 Learning Support Assistant to join one of our partner schools in Milton Keynes. This is an excellent opportunity to support students with a range of additional needs in a nurturing and inclusive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support in both academic and non-academic settings

  • Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour support strategies

  • Help create a supportive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

  • Encourage student independence, confidence, and personal development

  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, parents, and external professionals

  • Monitor student progress and contribute to ongoing assessments and reviews

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in education or related field

  • Previous experience working with children or young people in an educational setting

  • Knowledge of effective classroom support strategies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to supporting individual learning needs

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
