Waverley Primary Academy, part of Aston Community Education Trust, is seeking an ambitious Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support teachers and contribute to our outstanding learning community.

You will plan, prepare and deliver learning activities for individuals or groups, monitor progress, provide class cover when needed, and liaise with parents to support pupil development, while upholding safeguarding and inclusive practice.

Qualifications

• Experience of working across key stages and supporting pupil progress.
• Ability to plan, prepare and deliver learning activities for individuals or groups.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Responsabilités

• Plan, prepare and deliver learning activities for individuals or groups or short-term for whole classes.
• Monitor, assess, record and report on pupils' progress, achievement and development.
• Provide cover for whole classes when required.
• Liaise with parents to support pupils' learning and contribute to meetings with parents.
