Contract: Part-Time and Full-Time roles
Salary: 90-100 (Dependent on experience)

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our school teams in the Wirral area. The successful candidate will provide high-quality support to pupils and staff, helping to ensure that every child can achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities
  • Support teaching staff in delivering lessons and managing classroom activities.
  • Provide targeted support to pupils with additional needs, including learning difficulties, SEN, or behavioural challenges.
  • Assist with planning, preparation, and assessment under the direction of class teachers.
  • Monitor, record, and report on pupil progress, ensuring effective communication with staff and parents where appropriate.
  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
  • Supervise pupils during breaktimes, lunchtimes, or school activities as required.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold a Level 3 qualification in Education, Childcare, or have equivalent experience.
  • Have experience supporting pupils with additional learning needs.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
